A part has gone end-of-life

A component that is no longer available, with knock-on effects on power, firmware, and layout. We work the migration through: candidate selection, what each option changes, and the effort it costs.

The board works but cannot be manufactured

Insufficient test coverage for the contract manufacturer, clearances that fail in assembly, or a design handed over without the files a manufacturer needs.

It fails EMC and nobody knows why

Layout-driven emissions problems found late. We design with EMC in mind and test in our own pre-compliance lab while changes are still cheap.

Boards fail in the field and the cause is unclear

Yes, and on most projects it is the same team, so the board and its firmware are designed together rather than handed over.

We work in industry-standard EDA tools, with design files held in version control alongside the firmware, and can work in your tool where a design already exists.

We take designs to the point a manufacturer can build them, including BOM, assembly documentation, and production test, and can work with your contract manufacturer through bring-up. Manufacturing itself sits with the contract manufacturer.

That is not a promise any engineer can honestly make. What we do is design with EMC in mind and test early in our own lab, so problems surface while the layout can still change rather than after a certification booking.

Yes. Independent schematic and layout review is a common standalone engagement, including obsolescence risk, manufacturability, and EMC-relevant decisions.
